Here's a basket that has two uses for it.
First, use it as a tissue paper holder and dispenser. It can hold two rolls for a "HIS / HER", which you can sit beside you or take along with you for camping and even put it into RV's. Second, use it as a waste basket at the same time. You can put a little plastic bag into this basket and make it easier to remove trash later. Or just use it as a basket with a handle that you can carry.
